Four times a year the Parkwood family gathers together to celebrate new life, both physically and spiritually, with child dedications, water baptisms, praise and worship, and the Word. New Life Sunday really is a celebration! It’s a great opportunity to invite family, friends, neighbours and coworkers to church. Child Dedication
We love celebrating life with young families and we believe there is huge value in following the biblical example of child dedication. This is a public commitment in which parents declare their intent to raise their child in a Christian home and follow the Lord’s leadership in the development of their child. Water Baptism
Water baptism is a step of obedience to the command of Jesus (Matthew 28:19) and a public confession that your sins are forgiven, that you have accepted Christ as your personal Saviour and become a true follower of Him.
