Ministry Profile

  • Food Coordinator/Cook

  • Table Dressing Coordinator

  • Wait Staff Coordinator

  • Kitchen Clean-up Coordinator

These Coordinators work together in cooperation with each other in overseeing the preparation, serving and clean up of the evening dinner.

The dinner is important. It helps to break the ice, relax the guests, move beyond pre-conceived notions about the church, and helps foster connecting. It’s a time of fellowshipping. Jesus recognized its place in fellowship and so used it as an illustration in Rev. 3:20. It’s a drawing feature to the course. The meal plan for the course needs to be organized in advance and the meals themselves kept at a high standard. Keeping in mind vegetarian alternatives, kid’s meals and possible allergy conditions is essential.

We want our guests to walk away saying, “Wow, I was blown away by how much they went out of their way with the set-up, the service and the meal! If they are willing to go to all this trouble, then maybe there is something to what they believe.”
